We've all been there before. In the middle of editing a wedding, only to get an annoying email from a bride who had their wedding 2 or 3 weeks ago. We all know the email "Where's my video? It has been 3 weeks already?!" Instead of working on the wedding you need to be working on, you now have to go and send an email back to the bride telling her that everything is okay, and she will be getting her video soon enough!
We see it in the wedding forums so often. People frustrated at the bride for emailing them. Wait a sec, that is your fault. And we can explain why. What if there was a better way than this? Honestly, if you have gotten this email, you haven't done your job. Yep. Plain and simple, you should have done a better job.
